Connecting to your website hosting account with FTP over TLS (SSL)

For security and PCI DSS compliance you may need to use TLS (the successor to SSL) when connecting to your hosting space.

The settings you need for your FTP client are as follows, these are specifically for Filezilla however other FTP clients should be similar :-

Hostname = www.yourwebsiteaddress.com
FTP Username and password as provided
Port = 21
Protocol = 'Use explicit FTP over TLS if available'
Logon type = Normal

When logging in for the first time you may be prompted to review and trust the security certificate which is normal, ensure that the common name ends with pushlogic.co.uk to confirm you connecting to one of our servers.

If you are not sure about any of the details please contact us via support for confimation.
