Push Logic Platform Improvements
To ensure I can continue providing reliable hosting and domain services, I'm implementing some platform improvements:
24/7 Virtual Support Assistant: I'm launching a virtual support assistant that will allow you to self-serve common hosting, SSL, and domain queries instantly, any time of day or night. The assistant can also guide you through using the Customer Service Centre, including how to access your hosting control panel, set up emails, and undertake various other common tasks. This will be available through your client portal.
System Status Page: Full transparency on all hosting infrastructure and services, so you'll always know the status of your hosting environment.
Payment Automation: To streamline billing and ensure uninterrupted service, all clients will need to add their card details to their account by January 5th, 2026. Payments will be processed automatically via Stripe on your due date. This allows for automatic account reconciliation and ensures your services remain active. Services will be suspended 28 days after any missed payment.
Development Services
From January 2026, Push Logic will no longer be offering custom development work, but will continue providing hosting and domain services.
If You Need Development Work: If you need any development work or changes, please let me know by December 23rd, 2025. After this date, I'll be available for urgent/critical issues only through to January 5th, 2026, but won't be taking on new development requests.
For any future development needs, I can provide contact details for developers and agencies who could help if required.
Your Hosting & Domain Services: Your hosting and domain services will continue as normal through Push Logic. If you're on my shared hosting platform, you'll continue to benefit from daily backups of files, databases, and emails with 28 days retention. If you're on VPS hosting, you'll continue to have daily server backups and hourly database backups. If you're currently on one of my WordPress maintenance SLA plans (core updates, security patches), that will also continue unchanged. However, monthly support allocation SLAs will be discontinued from January 2026.
If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Kind regards,
Tony Brown
